Hi, I’m Master Panny, Martial Arts, Fitness, and Life Coach. I’m passionate about helping people achieve the best shape of their lives and sustain it for the long term.

I’m a certified personal trainer and martial arts specialist. As a former gym owner and national athlete, I have the experience and knowledge to take you to the next level. Whether your goal is to keep fit, lose weight, or build muscle, I’ll guide you every step of the way with specialized programs and nutritional advice.
My training methods are unique, combining cardio through boxing, Muaythai, or Taekwondo basics with gym equipment and weights—anyone can do it! I can train you at the highest level in these disciplines or teach you from beginner level. The key is to enjoy the journey, and that’s what I promise to deliver.
